We often hear that democracy is about what happens at the ballot box every few years. We disagree. We believe democracy is a daily practice, it’s about how we protect each other’s rights, how we speak up, and how we make sure nobody gets left behind.

This training is all about using Human Rights Education (HRE) and non violent communication (NVC) as tools to look at our world, spot the injustice, and start fixing it, by gaining skills.

At the Youth in 4D: Discover, Defend, and Drive Democracy subregional event for Nothern Europe, we will bring together young people to explore how to bring change in polarised societies and be agents of dialogue and transform inclusive communities.
