We are pleased to share important news from the global level of the World Student Christian Federation (WSCF). On 19 March 2026, the Executive Committee appointed Reverend Dr. Samuel Mal (Asia Pacific) as Interim Chairperson and Emil Andreas Bellen Nordahl (Europe) as Interim Co-Vice Chairperson. Both will serve one-year terms leading up to the next General Assembly.
Following a thorough and participatory selection process, both leaders bring extensive experience in ecumenical engagement, theology, and youth leadership. Their appointment marks an important step in guiding the global fellowship with continued commitment to justice, inclusion, and student ministry.
The European Regional Committee warmly congratulates them and wishes them all the best for their upcoming service, along with God’s blessings.
