This youth-led training will bring together young leaders from across Europe for five days of engaging, interactive learning on how to become effective anti-discrimination advocates in their churches and communities.

Together, we’ll explore how racism shows up in religious settings, how language shapes power, how different forms of discrimination overlap, and how knowledge and privilege influence whose voices are heard. The programme combines expert input with hands-on methods like role play, real-life case discussions, creative reflection and practical skill-building.

On the final day, participants will host an open conference with a keynote speaker, inviting church leaders into the conversation and encouraging them to take responsibility for change. By the end, participants will feel more confident in recognising and challenging racism, hate speech and microaggressions, building stronger alliances for justice and creating safer, more inclusive spaces for everyone.
