SUMMARY:Frame the Future Peacebuilding Training 26-31 October + ERA 1-2 November 2025
DESCRIPTION:The Peacebuilding training is part of our annual programme for 2025: “Frame the Future”  \nThis program focuses on:\n🌍 Understanding conflict transformation: Dive into Europe’s history of conflict and learn how to shape a peaceful future.\n🛡️ Preventing threats to peace: Strengthen young people’s role in preventing conflict and fostering justice.\n🤝 Youth-led peacebuilding: Equip young leaders with tools to become peace multipliers and engage their communities.\n✨ Cultural exchange: Foster empathy\, tolerance\, and mutual understanding through dialogue and collaboration.\n📖 The role of religion and ecumenism: Reflect on how these shape peace processes and contribute to reconciliation.\n🎤 Storytelling for peace: Empower participants with storytelling techniques to amplify youth voices and inspire change. \nAge and nationality requirement \nYou need to be aged 18-30 and to be a resident of a country of the Council of Europe. \nDuring the training\, you will have the opportunity to put your knowledge to the test\, and meet Bonsian organisations that have been engaged in promoting a culture of peace in the country. \nThe training will be followed by the European Regional Assembly (ERA)\, gathering the delegates of all European movements to shape the future of the Federation and elect the next European Regional Committee. \nDates and Location: \nPeacebuilding training \n📅 When: \nDELEGATES: TRAINING + ERA \n26-31 October 2025 – ERA 1-2 November (travel days 25 October and 2 November – late in the evening or  3 November) \nNON DELEGATES – TRAINING ONLY \n26-31 October 2025  (travel days 25 October and 1 November) \n📍 Where:  Sarajevo – Bosnia and Herzegovina \nDeadline to apply: 20 September 2025 \nFees and travels for training/ training+ ERA \nThe participation fee for the training is €50\, which covers accommodation\, meals\, and the program. \nTravel expenses will be reimbursed if the journey is planned in the most economical way possible. \nWSCF-Europe aims to ensure that financial barriers do not prevent anyone from participating in this training\, therefore\, we are also committed to supporting those who need financial assistance. \nFees and travels – ERA Only \nIf you are a delegate but you cannot join the training\, we cannot cover the expenses related to your travel and accommodation.
